Commercient SYNC vs eZintegrations: Which is a better fit?

We have been really happy with the Commericent Team throughout our synch project. The support has been outstanding.

We don't have a guidebook on what not to do as since I was not the individual to set up the sync initially it can be difficult to know what effects changes to our system will have on the Sync.

Now it is more automated and provides a smoother experience for our users. It has helped provide us with a greater picture of our data and greater insight to our invoices than previously thought.

So when pulling reports, we find it difficult to determine the exact field to get the accurate data.

Outstanding customer service. Quick responses, and great follow ups with any issues.

Updates in the accounts software mean the sync no longer works and requires upgrading.

The success, application, and technical support teams have been extremely reliable in assisting with the integration. The Help Desk center streamlined timely support when needed.

The initial set up is a bit costly, but not unreasonable.

The customer service team is also great, and they are always willing to help with any questions or problems. I highly recommend eZintegrations if you are looking for a comprehensive integration tool.

Lack of available mobile application mainly for iOS is the only flaw.

We are using this for integration purpose and it's working good with good accuracy, reliability.

I feel that it is but costly and i would prefer some discounts on this.

The only issue I have encountered with eZintegrations is that the documentation can be a bit sparse at times. This can make it difficult to figure out how to use some of the more advanced features.

EZintegrations makes it super rapid and easy to access data from scattered data sources in one single integrated repository which help make informed business decisions.

Pricing strategy could be low, so most likely rhe reason.
