WebWork Time Tracker vs Traqq: Which is a better fit?

I love that I can track lots of tasks/projects. I like that I can add it to my toolbar for easy access, and the ability to create reports for time spent on each task.

Inability to place timetracker location on desktop screen (It could have been user error).

We can easily gain control of the remote team of what they are actually doing with the in detailed reporting like screenshots, keyboard presses, mouse clicks etc. Very good and organized.

Randomly stopped working where there was no activity on the PC(people walk off their PC but still work on the current task). Or we start a application we develop and it stops counting.

Simple use, easy adaptation, complete for remote use, good agility, fast support, easy installation and perfectly suits both the company that manages and the professional that uses it.

Had a problem before with the software since I am using Mac since it hangs until such time that I am not able to click anything.

Maybe I missed somewhere the option that I can setup (ON/OFF) this feature to work background and to not popup for every screenshot.

However, the lack of integrations with other video editing tools can be limiting, and a direct payroll feature would make receiving payments from clients more convenient and hassle-free.

You can manage all the workers within one platform, you can see the work and applications they use, the UI/UX of the site is great and the support is fantastic.

One downside is that Traqq gives too much autonomy to users, which may not suit every organization's structure.

My experience with Traqq has been good so far. It is very easy to use and helps track the activities of employees effectively.

Personally, I think deleted snaps should no longer be accessible to the HRs or at least set restrictive process when accessing deleted snaps as the snaps were deleted by the user for a reason.

The features I love the most are the blurring of screenshots for ethical purposes, the role management system for users and admin and the ability to send scheduled reports to select staff.

Despite its many advantages, Traqq's lack of integrations can be a bit of a drawback.
