From a parents perspective we cannot see how they see the app and upload images too. Also sometimes it gets stuck and takes time to redo.
The reports produced are amazing and are extremely efficient. Iconnect has made tracking children's learning and development so much easier for our team and the parents LOVE the app.
It is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The software team are there to answer and question you might have and can log in and sort it for you if your struggling.
As an early years setting we are so happy that we have transitioned to Connect. The team are very professional, very friendly and knowledgeable.

The icon of what you are selecting covers the actual icon you want can get annoying and difficult to see all icons clearly.
