The support is excellent, knowledgeable and instantaneous. Easy to use with an awesome interface, the functionality is fantastic.
In the beginning, I found the pay-as-you-go system a bit confusing. You're also limited to the cloud providers they have on the platform.
The best host server providing i use since last few years. It it very helpful up-front server setup, integrated robust security and caching tools which make it very user friendly application.
The other annoying thing is the way they handle additional MySQL databases for a site (e.g. if you have multiple apps installed that require a MySQL database).
The support team is just great! they're proactive, hands-on, solving almost everything in both application&server level. Server&Application management is super easy, tons of documentation.
Not being able to talk with a live person regarding questions, problems, etc.
It's a nice pricing model as it doesn't oblige the customer to any long-term commitment. Cloudways is super fast too and outperforms in terms of security and resources.
I always avoided getting a VPS because I didn't want to deal with the trouble of managing it.
We are happy with the performance and with the progress of the development of new functionalities.
The disadvantage of ISPmanager is poor support, which usually does not understand what is wanted.
Quite good, I enjoy using it and the users we have on this server really enjoy it, it's a new and different control experience to the other tools.
Another problem is poor development documentation and because of this, the development of custom add-ons and modifications for ISPmanager is difficult.
Everything is fine and comfortable. That is why I have been working with this system for over 12 years.
Version 6 have some errors and I am missing some features.
It doesn't try to be a clone of every other control panel, I feel like they do a unique enough job on a few key things that matter and overall it's a very nice end-user experience.
A couple of years ago, one of my servers just died.
