I lost over $1000 job toady because I couldn't get my customers information because they have bad software combined with awful service or no service.
I like that they are trying to be an all encompassing scheduling system. It’s quite impressive how they are building this booking system, but they are still working out the bugs.

Its loyalty program, flexibility, and membership management make it an outstanding choice in scaling business.
No one calls the parents to update cards so if the email they have is wrong then the parent has no way of knowing that their card is expired.
They have the peace of mind that everything is affordable in our clinic with Affirm. RepeatMD has taught us a new profitable business model in which we are no longer leading with discounts.

Implementing loyalty programmes and referral incentives is a good idea. A nice platform for e-marketing is RepeatMD.
I woudl not reccomend this to anyone and I am deeply frustrated by this program. It has been an absolute nightmare for me, my practice and my clients.
