Great to shoot itemized invoices over text message for easy payment. Brilliant for quick payment that is super convenient for my customers.
I lost over $1000 job toady because I couldn't get my customers information because they have bad software combined with awful service or no service.
I like that they are trying to be an all encompassing scheduling system. It’s quite impressive how they are building this booking system, but they are still working out the bugs.
Then as we grew further still to have a facility, it was even more frustrating that there is NO desktop view or iPad landscape view.

I asked for a discounted rate since I was denied what I paid for and they disabled my account. I cannot contact some of the clients who booked through there.

The servers have gone down a couple of times since buying this software. It is a bit of a burden and has gotten me to implement a paper version of my records which is a pain to upkeep.
They are amazing at dealing with any issues and take on feedback to improve their software. The interface is very intuitive and I like that everything is customisable.
I don't like how glitchy the companion apps are. They are rudimentary, hard to use, and do not actually create new customers when you are away from the computer and need to use the app instead.
Savvy is super easy to use and the customer service is amazing. They will always take on your suggestions for the software as well.
Difficult to work out how things work takes some practice.
Customer service has always been timely and are ALWAYS super nice to me and resolve any issues or answer any questions very quickly.
It can take a while to iron out the smaller problems and you dont alway know when/if it gets resolved.
