Sapling vs Humi: Which is a better fit?

I love that the tool integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse and WorkforceNow, that it's easy to use, that it's visually appealing and customizable.

The error for leaving off a required field was confusing (veteran status). Putting in date of birth was also confusing; couldn't just write it in.

The support we are getting from the customer team is also the best they are very supportive. We can easily look at everyone's important information with a simple but pretty view.

Sometimes the number of tasks that I've yet to complete shows a negative number, which seems weird.

I love how easy it is to view your assigned tasks and see the progress of current tasks. I love how visually appealing the user interface is as well.

It didn't seem to work as well on my iPad as it does my laptop sadly.

The ease of the interface was very impressive. Very clean design and overall appearance.

It was difficult to get it to match up and open in my browser.

I love how easy it is to maneuver, as an admin or employee. The onboarding features are very useful and practical, employee overviews are very clear.

We likle humi - we still have a few complaints from the supervisors regarding the english and the performance that are long (every question needs an answer).

I like great customer support and Humi checks the box. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance I have had prompt responses that were helpful and always kind.

The performance management module is almost useless. It was not setup with a performance management cycle in mind.

Overall, Humi was great at ensuring our teams were able to easily keep track of things like vacation time and other company updates. It's ease of use makes it a very attractive software product.

I was on customer support when no one was available so it asked me to schedule a meeting at a later time. When the meeting came around, no one was available.

Has fairly good basic HRIS functionality, easy to set up and use with a good price point. Company was very responsive during the sales process.

Software is difficult (if not impossible) to customize.
