Eventix vs Line-Up: Which is a better fit?

The layout is good, and it is very user friendly and customizable. They have great customer service for when you need the help, which is rare.

The only thing that was annoying is that if there is a field missing they do not point it out and I had to look for it myself.

I did a free trial of this as I work events at a non-profit. The interface was nice and it was pretty intuitive and easy to set up.

I initially had some trouble finding my tickets and had to go through emails and such, but it was mostly user error.

Used it a few times to purchase tickets and was very happy with the ease and convenience of this platform.

What i dislike about the software is that eventix can be sometimes hard to access and get my tickets onto my phone.

I use it to order tickets. It is good for finding a good price, especially when you are buying a large amt of tickets for an event.

Sometimes the tickets can be more costly than other websites that also sell concert and event tickets.

Fantastic service, the customer service is just incredible, the staff are always happy to help.

There are still some teething issues, but Line-Up is very fast to respond and fix any bugs or errors that arise.

Efficient, good-humoured team, with whom it's a pleasure to work, and who frequently go above and beyond the call of duty. Great level of detail available and clearly noted across the interface.

The existing API links with agents' systems are limited but that will change as time goes on.

Brilliant, from start to finish, we have had support & excellent value for money.

So far Line Up has provided us with an effective booking system that enables us to free up staff time and ensure our audiences/bookers are happy. The phone is definitely ringing much less.
