El Dorado Utility Billing vs Rural Billing: Which is a better fit?

Our product feedback is always welcomed and often addressed with the next version. We love all of the features of the billing software and would highly recommend the product and the company to others.

The function of adding or removing fee and charges can be a very confusing task within the software. Perhaps these functions could be made easier to use.

The software is so easy to use and the team is super nice - always there to help you if you need it.

Whether it be from the meter reader or the data entry person mistakes happen; By utilizing Easy Reader and allowing it to interface with v10 those errors are almost completely gone.

I love the program and don't think I could run my business without it. I have always experienced wonderful customer service from the wonderful people connected to this company.

I would say as soon as we can we are leaving the software. They are cost-effective vs. the competition - but you get what you pay for and their programming team is lacking.

There are other features they have added which make this software a real bargain. Our experience has been awesome.

Can't easily reprint copy of last billing. Randomly kicked out of program for no reason.

We are a small community that needed a solution that was easy to impliment and maintain. This solution was perfect for what we needed from both a cost perspective and functionality.

The only problem I can say is one thing: The activity sheet is hard to explain and break down to the older customers.

I LOVE how the tech support can go into your computer and help you with anything you need!!!! I think it is a great help to any company that they send the billing sheets out without even asking.

So far I have not come across anything I have had problems with.

Easy to use, great interface, great support staff, many features in one package. Would recommend to anyone big or small.

I can't really come up with anything that I dislike.

The customer service is outstanding, I can not express enough how great they are.

I don't like that you cannot look up work orders for each specific account.
