Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Capterra carefully verified over 2 million reviews to bring you authentic software and services experiences from real users. Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI. Learn more.
Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. Software and service providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website. 100Hires is trusted by a wide range of companies, from startups and SMBs to large enterprises like Siemens. Our pricing plans are flexible and designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes.
Reporting is available and you can export it all. The support is great, they help with communication, follow-up regularly, the help desk answers quickly.
As an interaction designer I must say: the usability of the interface. After three months I still get lost in the application sometimes.
I really see a difference in a short amount of time. Thanks to the feedback and praise the culture gets better, and thanks to the Objectives and Key Results the focus gets sharper.
The user experience is not optimal. There are a lot of inconsequent interactions, functions on weird places and lacking of options that seem so obvious to have.
It's really useful that we can collect all information in one system such as meetings, goals, feedback. Especially having a place to gather feedback and praises is something i really like.
That last option seems useless though, because if you give employees the matching job titles, the tagged skills are not transferred to their account.
Besides being a great tool, communication and support have been amazing.
Lists of users are alphabetically ordered by last name, while they are listed with first name first, making it hard to scan.
The platform's user-friendly interface and powerful features have made our recruitment process incredibly efficient and effective. Also the best that this system can add is the automation and the AI.
The out of the box integration with our internal CRM is missing and requires some extra budget. Unfortunately, the company can’t afford it at the moment and it takes some extra effort to put the data.
Intuitive UX/UI, good functionalities, great extension to use, quick and easy, good value for money, easy to adapt with an WFM.
The interview scheduling process seemed confusing.
I like the most easy of use and great capability of sourcing. They have great customer support.
The only thing is that if somehow the payment is undone for a few days you will have access to your DB, and then the access stops.
What I liked most about 100 Hires is the smoothness of the software and the ease of use. Everything is super straight forward.
I don't have anything I don't like about it for now.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
