The system is excellent and meets all our requirements and more. We are extremely satisfied with its performance.
If an error is missed and needs to be corrected after initial payroll is processed there is no way to do this between Tsheets and ADP. There appears to be no way to brake out workers comp codes.
It is very user friendly and this program works with our ADP System, customer service is always helpful and friendly. They make it very easy for someone who is not that computer knowledgeable to use.
I was unable to clock out or start a new time sheet some times. Some functionality errors with quickbooks.
I was impressed with my first interaction with the company. The person that helped me get set up and integrated with our Quickbooks was super great.
Employees did not find it intuitive. Management set up Quickbooks after TSheets without checking, and lots of information was lost in the transition.

Timeclock Wizard is AMAZING. It's very easy to use, the mobile app is super-convenient, and the support staff is absolutely perfect.
Only one complaint is that we are unable to set standard "Employee Permissions" such as clocking in/out of a mobile device.
The software has very useful functions and a good number of them. It does what its meant to do by providing accurate time keeping; it also has a very good mobile app.
We customer service of this company was very rude about this incident.
I like most the most useful part is quicker and friendly support of my query , and cheaper cost for such a great product.
To go from using the software with access to all features for free one minute to having to pay $/mth for the same use is absolutely ridiculous. It's just not a viable solution for me anymore.
Loura M.: My name is Loura. I am an office administrator at U.S. Lawns. My rating for QuickBooks Time would be a five out of five. It works very well, as far as when someone is on the road. They can just stop with one client and then pick up with another while they're on the road. I can do geo-searching so that I can see where they are. So, overall, I would completely recommend QuickBooks Time. It was actually the first one that was implemented because we used QuickBooks for the accounting, so it was actually the first thing that we ever used. We chose QuickBooks was because of how easy it was for it to sync. We use several different groups of software, and QuickBooks basically syncs with everything. So it's just very easy to be within one software and be able to see what's going on with our books, using the [inaudible 00:00:57] software. Extremely easy to integrate, immediately. Simple as logging in and just everything just imports, so it's very easy. The only advice that I could possibly give to someone who is new to QuickBooks is, there's just a wealth of information, so you can just take a class that's available within the software. And it'll teach you everything you need to know. It's just very easy to learn. It's very intuitive. So it doesn't take a lot, if you're new to it, to learn it.

Time Clock Wizard is great for clocking in and clocking out, logging in your hours, and viewing them in spreadsheet mode. It's also great for logging in your PTO hours. Time Clock Wizard is great for converting hours into spreadsheet format. I can also access the portal system through any mobile device or through any PC or any desktop. So it's great for me to streamline and see what hours I've logged in over the past year, and also view my payroll as well. One thing I would like to see Time Clock Wizard improve upon is the user interface in terms of switching from month-to-month or day-to-day on the calendars. It perhaps could be improved upon so it's more user friendly.
