Very bad experience once I am encountering a problem with the software. This is because there is no real person to help as customer support.

The best part of this software that it does improve your skills of writing and even help in speaking skills. I like the way of this software to help someone, like chrome extension.

Avoid this company at all costs. This is another in a series of fraudulent internet firms.

I like that it can be easily integrated into Microsoft word and chrome. Ginger has many helpful features, like paraphrasing and read back, which is very appreciated by non-native English speakers.

You have no customer support it stinks stinks awful.

I like using Ginger, and I will continue to use it. It is a very helpful, simple and professional tool that improves my writing.

Only after few days someone responding via email with different version of changes and nothing works. This is a gross violation of quality control of any industry.

There are no updates, it was only version 8 of the web-based software. I have bought other Lifetime grammar checkers which have not given me these problems.

Unreliable in their business approach. After several years they try to get you to pay again for life long licenses.
