The lead s coming from property boost on listings are awesome. I love the breakdown report you get so you can track all activity on a certain property and the cost per lead is helpful.
So since do not know if being billed I have to cancel my credit card now that is bad customer service when you have no choice but cancel a credit card because no response from the billing department.
Very easy to learn and powerful tools to run a business in growth mode or to just nurture relationships. The platform is great for all levels of desired action.
Worst experience dealing with a real estate marketing company yet worst real estate company ever to deal with kvcore an inside real estate.
I love seeing that my buyers are looking at the properties that are being sent to them. Over all I think kvcore is a great platform and look forward to making it work for my business success.
My only dislike is when a client unsubscribes I don't always get an alert and I haven't discovered (or asked) if there is a way to find out who has unsubscribed.
Love to use the boost with all my listing; my clients love to know their properties are being marketed in a strong way.
The backend is a little confusing, not everything easy to find and upsell tools/features are displayed in with the basic kvCORE tools. Confusing for our agents.
The training materials are good to, there's both written and video tutorials outlining all the program can do. It is robust program, more robust than I even imagined when I first bought into it.
Hated every minute of it to the point where I just didnt want to log into it at all. Found I was wasting a lot of time looking for an alternative.
I love the ease of use, ability to upload my clients, transactions, send out communication. I enjoy the daily updates and task to keep me on track.
I've been using Realvolve for almost 5 years, and the CRM has gotten progressively worse when it comes to uploading information within a contact.
I love that I can personalize all of my emails. The Tech support is Awesome!!! Anytime I don’t know how to do something they are always willing to point me in the right direction.
I find it difficult to run reports of lead generation source, and other sort fields since there is no way to export data from transaction and property files into usable formats (excel).
They are the most authentic and genuine people and truly care about their customers. I love their positive attitude and that they LISTEN to their customers and the enhancements we'd like to see.
A technical error with Google sync keeps recurring. We got one response to our requests for support--did what they suggested, didn't work.
Chelsea: Hi, I'm Chelsea. I'm a realtor. I give kvCORE a three out of five rating. And for more reviews, click below. So I use kvCORE as my CRM for my client database. It allows me to set up campaigns that keep me accountable for calling clients, sending emails, keeps track of their activity within our website, and gives me prompts to remember to call said clients and to stay in touch. Really just kind of a playbook of sorts. I like the accountability. It's pretty easy to get things set up in there to where you need them to be. So instead of me trying to remember all that I need to do, because as a realtor, I have a lot of people to try and stay in touch with, a lot of things to try and remember. So I like that I can set up a campaign in there or set a reminder for myself that literally keeps me going back. And I have to either clear out that activity by doing it or deleting it. So it definitely serves its purpose in terms of short term memory loss. I don't love the app. There seems to be a lot of bugs to it, a lot of load time. So with the way it is structured for ours, I'll go to our dialer. It'll have a list of all of the clients or leads that I'm supposed to give a call to that day and you can click dial. Now sometimes when you click finish call, it'll prompt you to indicate how that call turned out. Did you contact them? Were they not home? A lot of times I'll put in notes in there and the thing will just, the spinning wheel of death will go on and on and on. And I'll have to exit out of the app so many times during just one session in the morning of trying to get some work done. So that's pretty frustrating. And yeah, I just feel like overall that app is pretty buggy and they could do a lot to amp that up a bit.
