I am happy that it is customer friendly. That makes for a lot of the sections to be more useful for many different uses.
Too much wasted time on the phone and I was told they would get back with me with a resolution and no one ever called me back---very disappointing and poor customer service.
The software is very user friendly and if there are any issues the support desk associates are the best. We've been using Symplr for almost 2 years, My team and I are very pleased with the system.
Now tech support if very bad. Normally the phone does not get answered, you have to leave a voice mail that some times is returned and some times not.
The customer support is awesome and they are always helpful and quick to follow-up if a resolution cannot be done over the phone. They always go above and beyond.
When there is an error and they can't figure it out why or and upgrade and can't be upgrade. Or when you have codes that can't be overload.
I am a huge fan of Cactus Symplr. Our health system has had very positive results with the product.
There are too many useless standard reports which makes it hard to quickly find the one I need. I don't like that there is no photo of the provider on the Provider At A Glance screen.
This works great for our company and our notaries. It will hold all our credentials in a secure location and allow us to email them to all our clients when updating our credentials.
A downside is that some of our vendors refuse to self-manage and can be double work requesting information and then having to upload and double check all auto-field info is correct.

It was, I would say, around 2023, 2022 or 2023. It was pretty great, but obviously there are situation changes in my company and we wanted something else that's symplr was not providing at the time, so we moved to other tool. Well, I would say symplr is a compact package when it comes to any healthcare provider managing, I would say, licensing, authentication, tracking patients' records and everything. So it's one in one, everything you need, everything in one place, go for symplr. Very easy in order to read, I would say around eight out of 10. This is how it is easy in terms of application, implementation, using and integrating with other tool, and it's very easy to use. The kind of manual you get over there is very, very simple of kind of five standard reports and can figure it out. It's as simple as that. Here are a couple of things I would like to recommend. When you are opting for this tool, you are make sure that your priorities are very clear. It's not recommended that you implement it and then you change your priorities because it's very, very difficult for the product team to do changes and customization. That creates a lot of disruption in terms of your experience. So have your priorities set, communicate it clear with the product team and go for it. Everything should be fine.
