Vinay: Hi, I'm Vinay. I'm a product manager. I give Pendo five out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. Before we subscribed to Pendo we didn't have anything to provide in-app guidance to our customers. We had a hardcoded tool tip, which was frustratingly painful to implement, and that's the reason why we wanted to choose a different provider. Pendo was a natural choice for our company. It ticked three boxes, basically. One is how easy it was to use, it didn't need a steep learning curve. And the price point was good for the company in terms of the budgeting. And also the presence it had in terms of our competitors using it, so that was an added bonus. So yeah, it ticked all three boxes so it was the right choice we made. The discovery with Pendo was slightly longer than expected, but it was well worth it because the discovery phase helped us answer the lot of questions and Pendo customer success managers understood our pain points and that made the whole process smooth. My advice recommendation for somebody who would like to subscribe to Pendo would be to gauge the market and understand what other similar providers are providing in terms of in-app guidance and the reporting side of things, and make an informed, calculated decision. Because what Pendo does is slightly better in terms of both the price points and the features that it provides. And the ease of use, that's a great bonus.
