It's the fraudulent activity of the company and the inability of the customer service staff to use the English language that is the problem.

The inventory syncing is reliable and order management is pretty seamless. The customer support has been great (generally speaking).

My experience with ecomdash was terrible. They messed up my inventory months ago.

A very well put together technology supported by an excellent management and technical staff. A great team of real people.

It is very frustrating and confusing at first, since very little is intuitive.

Works with Quickbooks online. Perfect for a small operation to help with listing to multiple marketplaces and some major shopping carts, helps with order processing and shipping.

Over complicated, clunky interface which does not take the stress out of running an online business; only adding to it. I found Customer Services to be unhelpful as soon as I had a problem.

Lack of search bar: This is the only this which is lacking in the designer, there is no template available which.

All in all, I would recommend using Webnode for creating your own webshop or blog. The work you do with it is fun due to the nice templates.

The customisation of your website according to your own brand is very restricted (you are not able to use your own fonts and colours).

The filing system of your downloaded pictures is non-existent. It's hard to reuse (because it's almost impossible to find them) the same picture when you have downloaded a lot of them.

I am very impressed with the Customer Service which is always prompt, courteous and helpful. Such a change from some other organisations where one has to present the solution rather than ask for help.
