Now I can save my logins as I go and know they are safe. It's also fantastic that I can share key logins without revealing my password when I need to.
I hate the password reset option is a huge pain, one time i lost the password but i was not able to regain my account even though i was in control of the email account am using.
I love the easiness of creating and storing a new password, the fact that it's super secure and the ease of use.
I hate when I forget my main password for LastPass itself. But that is nothing on the product.
Great - Improved my teams ability to share passwords securely and personally it has enabled me to have much stronger passwords for everything - personal and business.
So, you end up with multiple identical logins created for a site and some of them either have username missing or password missing.
I love that LastPass helps generate secure passwords. There are several ways to recover a forgotten LastPass master password, I have not tried it, but I am glad that such a function is available.
If lastpass has an outage, you can't login to any platform and that can ruin your day. You can't put a setting on lastpass that says keep me logged in for the next 4 hours.
We have been using Teams ID for a few months and have had a great experience. We love how easy it is to access our passwords from any device.
Missing some basics function on the mac app, drag and drop, group selection and so on.
I have heard whispers there are record templates on the horizon which we are super excited about. If you have a team(s) that share credentials, give this a shot, has been great for us.
I work for the federal government which is notorious for being slow to update to newer technology. TeamsID is not backward compatible with my work browser or its security setting.
It also makes me wonder about the long term commitment that Splash Data has for TeamsID. They appear to not be clear on what this does well and how to best do it.
When changing the number of subscribers, the system sometimes bills the wrong amount.
Makes life easy if you know you dont have to remember every password and mentally at ease if you know your passwords and important documents are secure.
Importing files from a backup from a just expired Splash ID account is not paossible. Have put the question with Splash over a week ago, but no response.
Brooke: Hi, I'm Brooke. I'm the Director of Customer Success. I give LastPass a five-star rating. And for more reviews like this, you can click the link below. Prior to LastPass, we were using just the standard Google Chrome password settings that save your password automatically. But that was not the most efficient way to be able to figure out which passwords were stored in your system and shared with other users. LastPass is the solution that we're working with because it makes it really easy to have shared and stored passwords for all different team members. And you can store different passwords that sync up with your browser. So anytime you visit that website, it automatically locks you in. You're also able to safely store credit card details, which is really helpful for business purposes. And in general, it just makes it easy to securely have all these different logins for all these different platforms in one shared space. So it's super easy. Helps us log into everything we're doing every day. Getting started with LastPass was really easy because all you have to do is obviously create an account, but then you can use a Google Chrome extension that allows you to log in to all of your websites at any time very easily. So it's an amazing extension that's associated with the LastPass platform. For anyone who's looking to get started with LastPass, I definitely recommend making sure all of your passwords and login, email addresses, et cetera, are already organized so that you can easily import them into LastPass. They make it really easy to import. And then once you're signed in, once you're able to log in routinely from there, it's a super easy setup process.
