We had a great sales and implementation process and have been using the software for three years and still love it. Customer Service has been really good as has been the developement team.
You will know what I mean if you ever play around this system and see all the "dead" buttons and fields. Come on that's programming 101 remove the user fields if it no longer works.

For customer; the website interface is very bad and always generates calls of general confusion. If I had one big issue with Sportsbooker it is the customer's experience of the booking system.
