Club Caddie vs foreUP: Which is a better fit?

Everything has been awesome with ClubCaddie from the start. We had them come out to our location and help implement the software ON SITE! which was huge.

The member billing seems to be the area that I struggle with at times to integrate with our processes.

This allowed our staff to quickly gain the confidence and understanding needed to go live and as we progressed; their support team was always available and very capable which is understatedly huge.

When software updates occur, we have some trouble getting the staff use to those updates.

Our customers love the mobile app and member portal, especially because it's so much easier for us to update it consistently. Club Caddie's support is fantastic.

Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.

I love the fact that we can chat with Club Caddie at any time if problems arise. I also love how it is user friendly.

It has been a very crazy 2 seasons thus far with what has been going on.

The support team is awesome and is quick to respond and help fix any issues we have. They are constantly improving the product and listen to the wants and needs of their customers.

Unsure what could be missing yet. Need to use more to see.

Very easy to use and excellent customer service. I love that the development team is continuously changing the software to make it better.

Sometimes logging in with various courses is difficult.

I liked the ability to customize based on specific needs. I also gained confidence in the ability to provide customer support.

The downside of it being in the cloud is that, sometimes, we have struggles with the Food and Beverage Sales Portal not getting orders to our kitchen, but most of the time it works seamlessly.

I have been extremely pleased with the software and how it fits our needs perfectly.

I am an employee not an owner so I have no comment at this point.
