The downside of it being in the cloud is that, sometimes, we have struggles with the Food and Beverage Sales Portal not getting orders to our kitchen, but most of the time it works seamlessly.

Sometimes members cancel their direct debit and we can only send one link out to them to set up a new DD. If they lose the details of this then a new subscription needs to be set up.
Reports are very important and the reports available cover all areas of the memberships we sell. The system is very easy to use which helps to make the staff's job easier and more efficient.
A financial processor is involved and their costs are included in the costs we have to pay.
