The ease of use once you are connected to your truck is a great benefit when it comes to logging. You are able to track your mileage without as much of a hassle.
To explain, there seems to be a SEVERE time lapse. I had a driver traveling along I-20 who stopped in Monroe, LA.
For the most part we are happy with the ELD. It is an awesome device as long as your drivers remember to log out daily.
Lost signal in some areas and i just need to regresh and it works again.

Jakob W.: Hey, my name is Jakob. I'm director of Way Out West Tours, a small tour operator here in Vancouver, BC, and it's this company of two, so far, only. We use Matrack ELD, and I give it a 5 stars. So, we just started up our company. So we had no experience whatsoever. We looked for the best solution for an ELD service to be safe and compliant, and we found Matrack was the best company to go with. I had to look around for quite a while, browsing through directories, searching up companies who would offer that service. It was a bit painful, especially since we're in Canada. There's limited amount of suppliers. Many of them seem to be old-fashioned or bulky or not meeting up what we need. And then Matrack is what I found. Even though they're in the US, they're pretty much available in Canada as well. And they're bang on. Easy to install, easy to deal with, plug and play. Very happy with that. Reaching out to Matrack was easy. They have a really fantastic customer-service team so far. Their communication was flawless. Nice people on the phone. It is really easy, and they keep it easy. And within no time, we were set up. Shipment arrived here, we plugged things in. And whenever we needed help, there wasn't much help needed, but they're available for us. We seem really taken care of quite well. I want to shout out to all my Canadian fellow friends and other two operators, other companies around here. There are more services out there. Look over to the US. Matrack is one. There might be others, but Matrack serves Canada as well. So don't restrict your searches to Canada. The US has the same systems, same regulations. And if they have certified in Canada, they're ready to go. They're much more established. So that's my advice to you.
