Capture bad data and you will get bad data out. Changing what people have been doing or capturing over the past years to the new system will be your biggest challenge, people don't like change.

Terminology in the industry is a problem and thus some descriptions/terminology is difficult to understand at first.
It is very fun and easy to use, meant for clothing, and footwear companies, something that I want to invest in when I create designs.

Does help to have I.T. Chap or someone with erp experience on site to drive implementation. I would recommend sync and would recommend going all in and drive it properly.

If there is one error you have to regenerate the whole tech pack after the error is fixed, even if it is still within the same parameters as the previously generated tech pack.
They are supportive and help with integration as much as you need. They help recommend ways to better utilize their system and customer service is very responsive.
Backbone only gives a bad workaround asking us to use the fit and revision section for TP notes. Compare samples section is non-functional and difficult to view/comprehend.
Good - the support team is also very responsive to our inquiries which I appreciate.
The inability for customization needed. Difficulty in communication in the platform.
In general, I feel this software is user friendly - it has a well designed user interface that both looks good and is clear and easy to navigate.
Sometimes things get deleted or altered in our BOMs and we don't know why. This is a little frustrating.
