Great customer care for years. After shopping and working with many other platforms it felt great to have people at customer care that I literally know by name and can trust.
The cost of TP and the lack of updates and integrations have been disappointing over the years.
I have tried various different CRMs as a Realtor, and so far, Top Producer is the best fit for myself and my business. It has a really great layout for creating campaigns.
The sales department are crooked, they have been charging me for something I cancelled months ago and they won't stop. I had to physically threaten to file suit and had my attorney get after them.
We had used Top Producer from 1999 to 2010 an decided to buy it again because of our past success with the transaction plans. I think Top Producer is a good suite of products for the right person.
The thing I dislike most is the way that contacts have to be entered when there is a household of two or more.
The new format for Top Producer/Social Connect seems to be more of my style. The training we had with [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic and he was just great.
The lost of email history and google sync when the Google password is changed.
They are automatically sorted by date of acquisition and easy to sort by other parameters. I like the ability to pin notes to the top of the individual leads and create tasks with reminders.
I notified my support person who stated I signed a contract and had to abide by it. I felt that was bad customer service.
Setting up a webpage in correlation with the backpage, makes it super helpful. It’s great to just go to one place for everything.
Their Customer service is absolutely terrible.
I have been using CINC for over 8 years and very happy with the preformance. The customer service is very good.
They had us put together a spread sheet of who was paying what and filtering areas chosen by each agent...this was COMPLETLY ignored.
Also, a nice feature is the holiday emails where you can send out to all of your contacts. It is a nice feature that you can see when you last contacted them no matter what form of contact it was.
The AI is poor in response. I can’t believe I spent this much money for nothing.
Orly: Hi, my name is Orly. I am the operations manager at a real estate firm. As a rating of top producer, I would definitely give it a five. And for more reviews like this, click below. There are other software in our industry. We have something called Command. There are CRMs, Zoho's and I just feel Top Producer gives us the most for maintaining notes, client retention. So overall, I feel it's the easier, more client friendly product we have. The reason we chose Top Producer, it's been around for years. They keep adding and creating new items in it that is just... The CRM is amazing, what it does for client, client retention, keeping notes, staying on top of clients. So overall, I just feel that for the price, it's a great software. I felt it was extremely easy with the onboarding. They have amazing customer service. They have a direct chat. So whenever you want to convert a file or you want to transfer over from another product or program, customer service is absolutely amazing. The turnaround is within 24 hours or less. You'll get a response to any concerns you have. My recommendation is do your research. There's a lot of CRMs out there. You have to find out which one works for your needs. For myself, I needed somewhere to put all my notes, all the people I interact with on a daily basis. So do a lot of research and find the longevity. Do a lot of reviews and just see what works for you I think.
Josie K.: My name is Josie, and I'm a realtor. It's me and one other person who are a partnership, and I give CINC a five-star rating. So before CINC, I just used an Excel spreadsheet and then reminders, and it was not functional. I did a lot of things written out on notebook paper, and I was able to put all of that together and use CINC. I chose CINC because it was a new CRM system, we were introduced to it, and it was the only one we knew about. Getting started with CINC with our agent rep was super easy, and we were always talking to the same people, and everyone was super friendly. It was a great experience. I would make sure to get an agent rep that you get along with and that you can communicate well with, and if you're not getting that, to ask for it.
