The seller has the capability to complete their disclosures more quickly and we have the ability to share them more quickly as well. Also the ability to get agents to complete their Avid faster.
Some of the landing pages are a little confusing to follow.
I love how easy the software is to use from my end and how it makes completing documents effortlessly for the seller.
We have a lot of manufactured homes and the program does not send out the MHTDS unless you pay for it.
I love that it eliminates the risk of my clients not completing certain docs in there entirety. Its easy to use for my non techy customers and they love it too.

There are other software in our industry. We have something called Command. There are CRMs, Zoho's and I just feel Top Producer gives us the most for maintaining notes, client retention. So overall, I feel it's the easier, more client friendly product we have. The reason we chose Top Producer, it's been around for years. They keep adding and creating new items in it that is just... The CRM is amazing, what it does for client, client retention, keeping notes, staying on top of clients. So overall, I just feel that for the price, it's a great software. I felt it was extremely easy with the onboarding. They have amazing customer service. They have a direct chat. So whenever you want to convert a file or you want to transfer over from another product or program, customer service is absolutely amazing. The turnaround is within 24 hours or less. You'll get a response to any concerns you have. My recommendation is do your research. There's a lot of CRMs out there. You have to find out which one works for your needs. For myself, I needed somewhere to put all my notes, all the people I interact with on a daily basis. So do a lot of research and find the longevity. Do a lot of reviews and just see what works for you I think.
David K.: Hi, my name is David. I'm a real estate transaction coordinator, and I rate Glide five out of five. So I was using zipForms to create real estate documents and a lot of the process is not automated. It doesn't really necessarily always set up signatures for you or suggest the documents. It doesn't have templates that you can kind of add the same documents every single time. So you're really going through a whole list of forms and you're selecting all the required forms kind of again and again. So I started using Glide, it was recommended to me by a friend and I tried it out. And what I loved about it was the automation, that you could instruct the app of what documents you wanted to use for each type of transaction. So it would automatically pop up with the list of the 20 documents that you needed. And the other thing that I really liked about Glide is in real estate our clients have to fill out these really long questionnaires that just have tons of questions and when we would send these things through DocuSign or zipForms without having an app to partner with it, they would have to see all of the questions all at once, the full seven pages and be a little bit intimidated. Glide really condensed it down to where they would put one question on the screen and it was just asking you like, "Hey, do you have a fireplace?" And it was so much easier for our clients to focus on when it was just one question on the screen, they could hit the next button versus just having to see the whole questionnaire all at once. Glide is awesome because integrating it to what you're already using is going to be simple. If you're a transaction coordinator, Glide can directly link up to your car.org real estate account. It can link up to the transactions and the documents you need. It can link to your DocuSign account for sending things for signature. It will even prepare the DocuSign envelopes with the signatures already in the proper place, or at least Glide's estimation of the proper place. And I got to tell you nine out of 10 times it is right. So it doing those signatures automatically for you is going to save you a lot of time in the long run if you're doing 70 transactions a year. If you're thinking about getting Glide, my advice for you is that it's already included with your real estate deals as one of the partner programs and apps. So it's going to be an easy step for you to just download it and start using it. The amount of time that you're going to spend training and watching different videos is literally less than two hours, because most of what you're doing is integrating directly with all of the programs like zipForms and DocuSign that you're already using, and Glide is going to do the rest of the work in terms of setting up the files and the documents and the questions for you.
