It is a great tool for editing and proofing websites and blogs due to its simplicity and its robust validation tool. Their spelling checks and split screen are quite powerful too.
Learning curve is problematic. There are problems during work (error of different types).
I had a good experience using the clean interface (which is improved in the latest updates over the years). Best for efficiently developing, designing and managing a website with helpful tools.
A feature that might be missing is the autosave option, this helps in preventing loss of code or updates in case of any failure.
Amazing experience to work with HTML Editor as they create quality beginner websites with ease and in low budget. HTML Editor is well organized and managed for their end users.
Sometimes minor technical issues are faced in interface options. Another demerit is its limited availability on a platform other than windows.
Overall, I appreciate the ability to quickly design and upload a website. This would be useful for someone who does not wish to write code or design custom graphics.
It is redundant to use this software if a person is making a webpage so it can be useless if they don't care about any of the extra features that are in the HTML editor.
Very knowledgable staff as well as being extremely reliable and courteous. The design process was easy and has been very successful.
I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.
It’s intuitive, feature rich (and adding more). The personal attention is amazing, even for a low end customer like myself.
As of now I still have no store, but I am gearing up to call back.
Super easy, staff is friendly and understanding, and we are happy with our website. We are about to create another website through B12.
Weekends closed :( no support something goes down on a friday could be bad.
I like the combination of AI and human interaction. Some of the customer service personnel are very kind and treat me as if they want me to win.
Worst experience in our professional history. They took advantage of us and ran with our money.
Guy: Hi, my name is Guy, I'm a director in a consultancy firm for the health and fitness industry and I would give HTML Editor a five out of five. So, before using the CoffeeCup HTML Editor, we were using, I think Microsoft Expression and probably a combination of Microsoft Word and Notepad. And I think there was certainly a cost option, we're on the free version of CoffeeCup HTML Editor. But also the simplicity, it just works really well and it's really straightforward. So, that's what won it for us. So, the main reasons we chose HTML Editor was just the simplicity of the product. It's very straightforward, not too many bells and whistles. And on the free version we have, it just does everything we need. Very easy to edit newsletter templates that we do for clients, but also web pages as well, and yes, just brings it all together really simply basically. So, I'm sure there are some integrations, but again, we're keeping things very simple here. So, I can't really talk about the integrations, but in terms of onboarding, it's very, very quick and straightforward. It's pretty ... I mean, I get stuck into software fairly easily, I'm not super technical, but onboarding and getting to use HTML Editor was again, very straightforward. So, not wanting to repeat the same things over, but my advice to anyone looking at HTML Editor would be to keep it simple to start with, don't try and use everything off the bat. We get most things done that we need to, as I said, newsletter templates sending out for designing emails and also building web pages. We got most of that from the free product. I'm sure there's lots of extras you can do, integration with websites and other integration tools. But my main advice would be to start simple, keep it easy. And then if you need to upgrade and build on what you've learned and it'll be straightforward to do so.
Lucas M.: Hi, my name is Lucas. I'm an E-Commerce owner, and I give B12 three out of five. For more ratings, click below. I tried Shopify for a while, and it had its ups and downs. I tried AliDropship. AliDropship also had a lot of errors and a lot of things I didn't understand. I'm not really too familiar with WordPress. Then I decided to use B12. I chose B12 because it seemed a lot simpler, quicker, as far as page optimization, and that's one of my main reasons for choosing it is just the simplification of it. Everything just seemed like it was there, right in front of you. You didn't have to go to too many places. Onboarding was pretty simple. You speak to someone and they pretty much guide you as to what's going on step-by-step. Integrating wasn't as easy, because there are different systems, so I had to do the integration from a whole different perspective. Me, personally, I don't really recommend transitioning to B12. It's good as a beginner software, if you haven't tried anything else. But if you're coming from somewhere else, I would suggest just stay where you're at and get more familiar with what you've got. B12 is a good option for beginners.
