I like the data that Moz Pro provides about the Website and and the competitor is just amazing you can consider taking business decision on the data that Moz Pro Provide. Customer support is amazing.
If push comes to shove, you may choose SEM Rush for its breadth of data, but then berate yourself for losing the user-friendliness of Moz.
My overall experience is good for this tool. So I recommend this software to my friends because I am sure it will helpful for them.
Compared to SEMRush, there are some features missing.
High quality and has a lot of functionality. The DA extension is super helpful in link reviews and they have a lot of free tools even if you don't keep the pro version which I appreciate.
This was terrible when i was using multiple services at once to double check work. The other issue is the design layout is not easy to use nor intuitive.
It is affordable and offers great value. Moz is a great tool for SEO auditing and reporting.
Keyword research feature is useless for search terms with lower search volume and overall is way behind SEMRush or Ubersuggest.
I love the easy to understand UI, and the ease of its learning curve. Scheduling is a breeze, I also really like that you can see each brands health at glance, directly in your dashboard.
Customer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done.
IT has been awesome to see the fucntionality and the easy of use of this an other products from the same company.
No general overview about all channels. Bad handling for videos and images (especially instagram).
The social media platforms have been great, and I love the analytics that are shown for them.
What I disliked the most about the software is that it would shorten website links within the caption.
I had a great experience using ZOHO social. I used many other tools but it is the best in terms of ease of use and functionalities.
There are some limitations regarding posting to instagram and managing instagram accounts, though almost all social media managers struggle here.
Michael: Hello, my name is Michael. I am a CEO, and I give Moz Pro five Stars. For more reviews like this, click below. I was looking for other SEO products because while using Semrush and Screaming Frog and some other products that are out there, I found them very difficult to use. It was hard to figure out how to generate reports from my clients or how to look for technical SEO improvements that needed to be made. So I really wanted a solution that was easier to use and easier to figure out than the current solutions that I was using at the time. I decided on Moz Pro because it's so easy to use and has a great user interface. Even more importantly for my clients, I'm able to generate easy-to-follow reports that not only give them some insight into technical SEO, but other reasons why they're not ranking for certain keywords. So I found Moz Pro just to be easy, simple, not just for me and my team, but also for my clients. It was extremely easy to integrate Moz Pro into my company. I think the reason is because it has such a simple, easy-to-use interface, and it allows you to connect with your Google Analytics account simply by logging into GA or Google Analytics, choosing the account that you want to sync it with and pressing a button. It's really that easy. And what's nice about Moz Pro, everything within the interface is pretty self-explanatory. I don't think I've ever needed to use help or any of the other support because the interface really is that simple. If anyone is considering using Moz Pro, I would highly recommend jumping in and rolling up your sleeves and getting the work done. Moz Pro is so simple. Once you log in, it really walks you through setting up your newest account or the websites that you want to optimize, and you can even create custom reports that'll really show you everything you need to improve the SEO of those websites. So my recommendation for using Moz Pro is to do it. Don't hesitate. Don't wait. Get started and you'll be glad you did.
Nicole W.: My name is Nicole. I am a financial analyst for a multinational company. I believe we're up to about 7,000 employees, and my rating for Zoho Social would be a four. Before Zoho Social, I personally had Hootsuite, and for what I needed Hootsuite for, it worked, but it was a bit more complicated for me personally. A lot of things I didn't understand. There was a learning curve. I found myself constantly Googling how to work with it. Zoho Social, it was easier to interact. The interface was easier. I understood what to do almost intuitively. I didn't have to Google how do I do this, or how do I set reminders, none of that. It just came easily and I understood what I was supposed to do just by looking at the software. So I went with them because ease of use, price, and it's on every platform that I use it for now. It was extremely easy to get started. I think as soon as I signed up for the trial, I was up and running within a matter of minutes. It was extremely easy to start and use. What I would suggest is, A, you're going to have to do your research and make sure that Zoho has everything that you need. The only reason why I say that is there's certain capabilities if you run an individual Facebook page, like a personal account, it might not work with that. But besides that, I would just go for it. They give you I want to say a 30 day trial. It's a great trial. It lets you test out all of the features and schedule posts. So I would just do my research, and then as long as it covers all your needs, I would definitely go with Zoho Social.
