SphereMail vs Despatch Cloud: Which is a better fit?

We love the level of detail we are able to provide about the mail and our customers love the requests they can make to better handle their mail all in one place.

The only time I run into problems is when I have a question I need answered. The FAQ is completely out of date and there is no simple way to contact anyone to address my concerns.

Great service with even better support. As a partner, our customers love the options.

Since this is an evolving product, sometimes functionality can be a little difficult to find and/or use.

Spheremail has been awesome in allowing us to streamline our mail system at our coworking space. It's generally easy to use and an incredible value for the price.

Haven't found anything yet that I don't like except that I haven't been able to figure out how to assign mailbox numbers that are in the 4 digits.

It helps us provide better service and gives us a competitive edge to companies selling simply physical mailboxes.

A great company with a skilled and supportive team, along with an outstanding product that offers extensive services and a wide range of integrations.

Dont really have anything I can say is reall wrong with the system.

The pricing is reasonable, the customer service is great, the software itself is fantastic.

Time lags between our front end system and Despatch Cloud in terms of order transfer and stock management.

The system itself is excellent. The first huge improvement we noticed was the speed of the system itself, the load speed is around 10 x faster than what we were experiencing with CCP.

Tricky to set up to start with unless you have experience.

Despatch Cloud gives me the ability to add many channels and couriers around my own piece of software giving me a huge advantage against my competitors.
