Sometimes the android isn't displaying the same as an apple or even the online platform which makes us a client look bad to our customers.
Sage, the exercise.com specialist that has been helping me with the process was amazing helpful, quick to follow up and professional.
We have used almost every gym management software on the market and nothing compares. This is a 1 stop shop for all gyms and sport organizations.
Amazing integration to current products through API's and connections. Great communication with developers.
I was a little nervous on the price being that I’m just launching an ap for first time.
I love how easy the platform is to use for a technical guy like myself. I love the flexibility that it has and the ability to make basically whatever I want and need for my business.
I am old-fashion and would prefer to use paper and pencil to keep track of things. I just don't like technology in general.
The company and the people who work for the company are really nice and helpful. Their customer service is excellent.
Not enough content regarding different exercises and modes of exercise customer support is awful.
I love that Fitbudd can personalize the app with my branding and logo to make it look like my very own app. My clients love the follow along feature.
Clients themselves seem to have issue with using app and seem unmotivated with it compared to conventional training.
I loved that the whole setup process is easy to follow. The Fitbudd team is super helpful which makes a huge difference when it comes to moving your business online for the first time.
People are not able to "browse" the app and get an error message unless they have been preloaded by admin. Can not view or purchase packages without a separate email.
The customer support is outstanding. I love the different metrics that the app provides so that you can track multiple aspects of client progress.
Such as changing colors and fixing wrong things such as macros and stuff. I also don't need the workouts.
Mike: Mike, owner of Glory Combat Sports & Fitness in Tucson, Arizona. A little about our company, we are a startup company. I'm the founder with my wife and we'll be servicing two to 300 members and with the coaching team of about 10 employees doing Muay Thai, kickboxing, grappling, kids combat sports, strength and conditioning and boxing and Exercise.com has been great. I give them a rating out five stars, I give them a five. Being a founder of our startup company here, we were looking for a great software to use that really covered POS systems, calendars. Member communication is something that's very important to us. Member profiles, reporting, essentially we wanted a all-in-one software for our business and I have used other ones in the past being an upper management of companies such as Club OS, we had used DataTrak, I had used Trainerize myself, and we were looking at some other companies like Mindbody. And really after diligent research, after a few months talking with different reps, looking at what we'd used and what we'd done before, we felt that Exercise.com was the best value for what we were looking for. Some of the features that really led us to making the final decision was, I'll just say first off, their team is amazing. I think that the team, the customer service is a reflection of the business and I met with several companies and all were great, but I really felt like the sales team and then the software team with Exercise.com was super relational. They were very detailed, they were not salesy, they just presented what the value was and then the value was great. We got so much and price point, especially for any business in overhead is important and their price point was amazing for what we would get in comparison to some other companies. And of course, again, just the business side of having reporting, having the member database, being able to communicate with them, doing the schedules, app integration, the POS system, all these things really together led us to making that decision. Yeah, overall, after using many different systems for years, I feel like it was a pretty easy onboarding. They set you up with a rep, your team person, your go-to for the software and also for the app. So you have communication with them. They're very responsive in terms of getting back to you, forwarding information of sitting down and reviewing the systems with you and just continuing to be there by your side in the onboarding to make sure that you know exactly what needs to be done in a timely fashion. First advice I would do is just for your own peace of mind, do a comparison. I did that, I put a lot of software systems side by side, I met with different people, and in the end I feel like we would go back to Exercise.com again. We know it was a good decision. I'd also met with other company owners that were using software. I actually talked to quite a few people that I know using different softwares and so I would say I'd advise you to talk to other owners and see what they like about ones that are not Exercise.com but similar, and then anyone who is Exercise.com and obviously in these reviews that we will continue to use them.
Monche G.: Hi, my name is Monche. I'm the owner at Keep Pushing and I give FitBudd a five out of five. Before FitBudd, I was actually doing everything manually face-to-face and I wanted to take the next step, so I decided to choose FitBudd. The reason I chose FitBudd is because the white labeling and the research I had done, everything's great when it comes to the app and the website that's provided, and it's very simple to use, so yeah. It was a very simple process, very welcoming. Even now, if I have questions, I'm welcome to contact FitBudd and I really enjoy the welcoming environment. The advice I would give somebody that was in my shoes before or anybody else that's in the fitness field, I will say, "Do your research and schedule a time and day to speak to a representative to have a better understanding of how FitBudd can benefit you and your company, and just give it a try."
