Shipment tracking on a mobile device is difficult to use at the moment.
In addition to the very easy to understand and use platform the support team from Cargobase is fast in responses and the quality of following up requests is outstanding.
The app into the cell phone does not work very well I prefer open my search engine and do my activity. The manage cost per user.
Implementation was simple, training to requestors was beneficial & overall users are satisfied with this solution for finding the best spot buy for their designated shipments.

We use Cargobase mostly for tendering expedited or non planed services and we are saving time and our tracking and communication with carriers are just perfect. I would highly recommended.
I also think it is very slow, no matter what computer and what ISP I am using.
