We love the fact that the company take customer serious and always there when we need assists. I would love to recommend this service to any start-up business to control their inventory system.

Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables.

How often did you obtain a "no results found" or entered data in the wrong field because the names were too similar and there were too many fields to fill in.

Ease of use rating most impressive. Very user-friendly product, and customer support is great.

I feel bad for any company that is stuck using this.

You always depend on the partner. So difficult to customize.

The mobile warehouse is great and our team loves it. The kiosk for tracking wo progress is great and was easy to implement.

Lack of sound documentation when setting up for the first time.

I think our feedback is important and many fixes had been approved in order to seek the most from it. A relative open solution, easy to customize and great support.

The customer service of Mie Trak Pro is amazing. They were very helpful with importing all of our data from our old ERP and accounting system and have a responsive team.

It is somewhat difficult to train team members, especially those who aren't as experienced with computers and databases.

Their willingness to customize programs and provide new innovative solutions to help us work more effectively has always been their greatest asset.

New builds often cause unforeseen problems. Some smaller “nuisance” issues have not be fixed for several build generations.
