Pros It is a platform that has become more customizable over time to suit the needs of different companies, and the Cloud version allows companies to save costs. Cons Migrating from an on-premise environment to a cloud environment can be very complex, especially due to the complexity of the customizations, sometimes leading to the option of starting from scratch in the cloud and performing a partial migration of the on-premise environment. My company had a very customized environment that made finding the right reports but overall you could find what you are looking for either through the search or utilizing google or AI to guide you. Cons My company’s environment is very customized and limits what reporting is anvailable and who has access to what. As an internal auditor it made doing my daily tasks sometimes difficult.
