I really like the transparency of the team and their ability to treat every customer like their best customer. I have tried a couple others, just to see if there was something I was missing.
I looked high and low for a software that integrated with Marketo & could also send a text message to our sales reps (NOT the lead itself.) I was shocked at how hard this was to find.
I wasnt sure...but GOOD CALL on becoming a client of theirs. GREAT customer support AND they're enthusiastic about my success like I am.
Reports have been broken for at least a year. And out-source support never has any answer other than basically it's on the list.
Like how it's user friendly and works well Like how it's user friendly and works well Like how it's user friendly and works well Like how it's user friendly and works well.
User interface can be difficult. The reports don’t work properly.
I use it for a couple of my customers, integrated with Infusionsoft -- works great and setup was pretty easy. The service has been reliable so far.
A little difficult to figure out how to get it set up. I am a little tech challenged, but I eventually figured it out.
I also like that the owner is quite responsive when replying to the introduction emails I really didn't expect a human response, that was pretty awesome.
I disliked that you are charged even if a message fails to send and cannot resend a message to individual subscribers.
Pony Express hq has great customer service. Quick response time, super helpful, friendly, and professional.
Made the using the software frustrating when you have questions.
They give a good bit of opportunities to earn free credit so that should help you get a feel for it before spending your own money.
Inability to sort/search by zip code/geographic region.
It's easy to edit templates to include weekly details of happenings here. This is a great way for our supporters to have a more intimate connection with our ministry.
Automatically assigning a random phone number to the account is regretful. Would rather be allowed to use a number recognized by recipient.
Alan S.: My name is Alan. I am the sole proprietor and owner of a entertainment company and I use Call Loop. I give it a three out of five. Before I began using Call Loop, I used to do back of the room sales of DVDs. The age of the DVD has really fallen behind and now I load my videos online and make them available for sale as a download, I use Call Loop to funnel the phone numbers and then I text them back letting them know when and how they can download the videos available to themselves, and I can also communicate with them in the future once I have these phone numbers, if I'm regional, doing another performance, because I'm an entertainer. I could also remind them again at a later date how they can, again, download the video recording for their personal use. I use Call Loop because about three years ago it was recommended to me by another performer that does the same thing that I do. At the time, it seemed to be one of the only services that did what I was looking for. One of the reasons I only give Call Loop a three out of five is that it's not intuitive. It's very difficult to make your way around the menus when trying to funnel a new list of phone numbers for a specific date or a specific time, and it's also difficult to figure out how to communicate back with the people that have now sent you their phone numbers. It's just not intuitive. It's a little bit high maintenance to work with and always has been and has not changed. I might even give Call Loop a lower rating than a three, but their customer support is excellent. As long as you're not on a weekend or late at night, you send them a message, they will talk you through and walk you through and even do for you what is necessary to help set you up and get you up and running. However, I just find it high maintenance for me to have to communicate with them constantly, almost every time I want to find my way around their menus to do what I want to achieve. Since I don't use the software on a daily basis or even a weekly basis and now with COVID, I haven't used the software since March. When I go to open it up, it's not intuitive to me, even though I've been using it for years.
