Mobile Text Alerts vs Community SMS Marketing Platform: Which is a better fit?

The customer service is absolutely wonderful; I would highly recommend it to others. The product itself has done a great job of serving our needs.

Something a little confusing understanding some of the comands.

These guys have been great. I love their platform and their customer service is amazing.

Had some issues had to work it out via chat which was annoying.

Sometimes a customer will tell me they did not receive their alert but I think it is on their end.

They are helpful and very quick to respond to issues. I love their tutorials that are geared to my business.

We got this program to use for our trauma alerts.

I love the product and it is a good marketing tool for sure. I also love that the team is very responsive and they have someone to show you how to use the product.

I was a little upset with my overall experience.

I absolutley love this app. It is super easy to use and I abssolutey love how amazing the customer service is for this app.

But then I was not told that I didn't not have the option to have the app because I have an Android. I learned it the hard way when a client text me and I didn't respond and a timely fashion.

As a business owner and person who loved to connect with my Audience — I love having the ability to connect with them directly on a device that they already use around the clock.

The sense of urgency to sign up made me feel pressured and so I signed up before I was ready to launch which was stressful as a small founder. I share my feature requests directly with them.

It has been the most exciting and valuable piece I’ve added into my business in a long time and the engagement with my community is unmatched. M obsessed with this platform.

No app for android devices. Which makes it less convenient than email for anyone who isn't an apple user.
