FraudLabs Pro vs Persona: Which is a better fit?

Very nice tool to help you determine if an order is valid or not. The free version is worth looking into.

We've seen FraudLabs take care of ecommerce fraud that we see with several of our clients (fraudulent orders, charge-backs, spam orders, etc).

FraudLabs has been easy to use for me from the get-go, and I love using their web portal and other services to quickly check over clients to ensure their trustworthiness and good intentions.

Great support responses when they were needed, quick to reply and plenty of documentation which is more valuable than great support to me sometimes, overall great experience.

At the beginning it can take just a little time to configure it correctly to your liking, so it prevents fraud but isn't too hard on the scale of making orders fail.

This software is great due to its simplicity anyone can use it, and its very secure.

In the month of October, Fraud Labs cost me $25604.18 when it gave me thumbs up on 5 different customers. Ratings are as follows: 2 - 8's, 1 - 10 & 2 18's.

It is secure, reliable, and straightforward to setup. Their team is responsive and super helpful and their documentation is solid as well.

No being able to choose documents that can't be send, although I understand this is available in paid tiers.

Fairly easy to setup, UI both for user and admin dashboard are great. Easy transition from desktop to mobile during a verification is absolutely great.

We run an online community and some sensitive topics require us to manage access to avoid liabilities.

These guys are very dedicated to what they are doing and really a great team to work with.

Very responsive and friendly customer service. Also, we like the intuitive and easy-to-use setup and product itself.
