In my experience, it is not possible to 100% protect or fool-proof a system. Patching every little vulnerability renders the system useless and nonfunctional.
Over all software is having very good reporting and giving very good visibility on endpoints.
The dash boards and admin control boards need a bit more customizations. Sometimes the machines are freezer while running vulnerability scans.

Limited Customization, users cannot add their own applications to the catalog, which limits the scope of updates that can be managed through PatchMyPc.
