KPA Flex vs Site App Pro: Which is a better fit?

Love the ability to roll out new forms of any nature to all employees with a click of a button and then be able to track who has completed or not with ease.

We have had trouble uploading information, but I think that's more of an issue on our side, not on the iScout side.

Being able to customize our own reports is sweet and then being able to set those up to push out to the appropriate individuals automatically is just fantastic.

Lack of analysis Options. I had to make a form to make a task since the system is geared towards completing forms, rather than completing tasks.

We are a short term user at this time, and still have a lot to learn about the system and how to best utilize it for our company, but what we do use, we are very happy with it.

The formatting on the data load spreadsheets can be difficult to use.

I loved the ease of the interface, and who I was able to start moving my excel managed safety program in to iScout with little help.

While the interface was very intuitive, I felt some f the features were in the wrong location to my way of thinking.

Weird the way the screen glitches to white sometimes on the mobile app when you want to fill in a form but I mentioned this to the team and someone is addressing the error already.

Seriously love Site App Pro do yourself a favour and ditch the onerous paperwork, using this software makes doing your H & S enjoyable and the whole team is also engaged i n the progress.

It's too broad - a lot of our customers only just want one aspect. You can't turn off other modules so it can be confusing.

They have a strong team that can help out with any questions you may have, the team is very knowledgeable, and are able to assist your business from its inception to help meet your HSE needs.

No automatic link to SimPro - we have to use Zapier to get the information in.
