Crossbar vs CourtReserve: Which is a better fit?

It's great from a scheduling standpoint and quick and easy to make teams. Parents: As a parent, I LOVE the ease and convenience of signing my kids up for soccer through Crossbar.

Scheduler takes a bit to get used to. Some members have had trouble uploading documents.

From demo day to present day, they have been very responsive and helpful. They do an amazing job of training and are available to help every step of the way.

The build out of registration behind the scenes is a bit tricky to learn. Some of the field labels aren't intuitive and it took a while to learn.

We compared this against 5 other platforms, and this was hands down the best solution at the right price. Couple that with the amazing customer service, and CrossBar is a homerun.

In other programs people could have other roles and have access to only specific sections.I don't like that you can't see a full month on a teams page of activities its week by week.

We have better function at a lower cost. Customer service is outstanding, very prompt and quick to resolve issues and answer questions.

This has been very challenging. I don't like that we cannot assign roles/permissions to our staff, meaning Registration, web design etc and it has to go through crossbar.

Very user friendly and the service is amazing and very capable of making customized changes quickly and effectively.

No mobile app - but I know they're coming out with that soon. It's a bit difficult to use on just a mobile browser.

I love the ability to set up all the features according to what is needed for our club. The staff constantly works to improve the software and add more features.

Just drop down menu for courts delayed sometimes. When you go on to the site and set up a time it doesn't show court.

The finished result is great, with easy to use reservation capabilities. The home screen is welcoming and easy, and the PayPal payment option is easy and has worked great for us at the club.

The person who choose it and originally set it up, left and left no instructions and is not reachable by phone.

The support staff is Unbelievably responsive to questions and feature requests... as such a great product is constantly being sculpted, reshaped and improved based a good deal on user feedback.

Have never used customer support & members do not pay for the service, so does not apply to me.
