The Customer Service is top notch. Whenever we need help the support team is well informed about their software and are reliant in helping to solve issues.
If something is questionable it can track what it doe so that you can reverse it all later.
We absolutely love the solution. From planning to implementation, the software and support staff have been really responsive and great.
The activity dashboard can be a little complicated if you aren't a technical person. Same with the threat hunting rules.
Finding a specific end point and the amount of information available is amazing. It's like endpoint protection and asset management all in one.
When whitelisting something that was flagged, it does something weird to the file path. The actual file path isn't whitelisted.
Overall, I am happy with the product. It is more expensive than traditional antivirus, but the price adds peace of mind that our systems are protected.
They have multiple consoles and knowing which one hosts which computers can be a bit hard. But they are going down to one console soon.
This is one of the best solution I have worked with, it provides the seamless experience better than the traditional VPN solutions.
Its strictness is its weakness, Google services, You tube etc is not working if not mapped with your policy.
Excellent software, replaces Cisco VPN which required log in everytime. Zscaler is seamless and very user friendly.
Unhelpful and wastes a lot of time. I really can't emphasize enough how frustrating the support was.
I use Zscaler every day and it is a good tool that allows VPN. This is very very useful now that most of the people in the company are working remotely.
After spending months fighting frequent issues that came up, I finally threw my hands in the air and left my company.
Very nice experience and best in the industry currently.
Sometimes it is a bit annoying because it blocks access to certain services and it is not easy to set exceptions.
Anshuman: Hi, my name is Anshuman and I'm a security engineer. Today I would like to give Zscaler five out five stars. For more information and more reviews like this, click below. We are using Zscaler as an internet proxy agent deployed on the devices of the users' machines, which are across the environment of my company. Something I like the most about Zscaler is the ease of integration with the active directory. And it's a SASE platform, which means it very easy to own, to manage, and to configure the policies and deploy the agents. Personally, I think the only problem with Zscaler is the pricing. Apart from that, I cannot complain anything about Zscaler.
