Perch is a perfect compliment to our services as it provides the SOC portion to security and their team then works with ours to get our customers taken care of.

Sometimes links don't take you to the correct alert, which can cause confusion. Physical sensors can go offline which is troublesome given the remote nature of all employees.

Everyone is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. It does not matter what it is you need help with.

Speed of the platform overall - some days, it drags hard.

It works well, has great integration support, easy to deploy and manage, and the company is great to work with and provides awesome support.

We have multiple success stories from this product where a significant crisis was stopped before it became a crisis.

The Customer Service is top notch. Whenever we need help the support team is well informed about their software and are reliant in helping to solve issues.

If something is questionable it can track what it doe so that you can reverse it all later.

We absolutely love the solution. From planning to implementation, the software and support staff have been really responsive and great.

The activity dashboard can be a little complicated if you aren't a technical person. Same with the threat hunting rules.

Finding a specific end point and the amount of information available is amazing. It's like endpoint protection and asset management all in one.

When whitelisting something that was flagged, it does something weird to the file path. The actual file path isn't whitelisted.

Overall, I am happy with the product. It is more expensive than traditional antivirus, but the price adds peace of mind that our systems are protected.

They have multiple consoles and knowing which one hosts which computers can be a bit hard. But they are going down to one console soon.
