I absolutely love Espos now. It has an amazing back office, tons of report options and very easy to use as a manager.
Since, the beginning I had many technical problems and problems with the support team. Once accidentally, they've deleted all my sales and product data during trading.
The system is very easy to use and is super user friendly. Customizable dashboards were a big plus as well.
I've run several small businesses for the past 30 years and this is absolutely the worst software decision I've made, the platform and support are just horrible.
Been a functional system for my Golf Simulator business with great processing fee rates and the customer service has been very good.
Overall, my experience with EPos Now has been a disaster from start to finish. Poor customer service, buggy software, and deceptive pricing make them a company I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.

Mediocre support staff have caused errors in my system and resulted in having to correct and manually re-enter orders in Lightspeed. So many errors and issue since I signed up over a year ago.
Integration to my existing POS Systems was a big benefit. Providing the payment gateway at such an affordable rate is another big plus.

Nothing works or changed when you make a change in their own software. Support is not helpful at all, they just make it worse or keep sending you help articles which are useless as they are outdated.
