HRWize vs ELMO Software: Which is a better fit?

Overall, we are very happy with HRWize. It was a good, scalable solution for a small business, that we can add to as we continue to grow from a startup and become more sophisticated in our systems.

Sometimes a bit difficult to navigate the menus (as an Admin) - sometimes a bit difficult to make changes/know where to go to make changes to records.

We use HRWize for our small but rapidly growing technology consulting firm. This cloud solution is super easy to implement, has a great user interface and is both modular and scalable.

The page loading time (long) is inconvenient, especially during rushed periods.

Overall the HR Wize platform is fantastic. The concept and information available is great.

I find that sometimes it is hard to find the feature you are actually looking for.

HRWize have been great partners and are always willing to help make our HRIS vision come true.

For instance, I had a hard time trying to figure out how to give a new employee access to the system or change a password for an existing employee.

Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.

We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.

I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.

The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.

Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.

Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.

Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.

One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.
