I am posting this review due to our experience with the company after realizing the product simply wasn't working as advertised. When asked to receive a refund we were completely ignored.
It's easy to use and syncs quickly -- great to have a shared database to store and share contacts. Easy to set up account as well.
We have a time zone difference so the turnaround time can be a problem. But we do not have to contact them very often.
I enjoyed using this when I had to convert all my contacts to my new email. Fast and easy and very user friendly.
I hesitate to say this is a "con" but I don't like having to find all of the fields.
