Solid and feaure rich CRM, well planned with minimal "bugs" - that I had expeienced. With timely and responsive supported from online FAQs and reliable knowledgable personnel when needed.
Occasional Java related errors which require Outlook restart. Latest version caused conflict with one of my Outlook plug-ins which stopped working.

I have used several ERP types of software and to me oracle is the best. It has a logical flow and is easy to find what you are looking for with great tools to help you know what is needed.
Terrible time keeping arrangement, very slow to update, time cards are somewhat difficult to manage or adjust. Some clock punching do not register.

Not enough native reporting features, especially when it comes to financials and drilling down into transaction details. Very difficult and costly to implement and maintain.

Install time is horrendous, it takes ages to install all the packages. And installation of the package was very tedious.
