ClearPathGPS vs Momentum IoT: Which is a better fit?

I've had the joy of speaking with a few members at Clearpath and each time has been pleasant and my issue (if any) has been resolved. They are also great at explaining, and training.

We had some trouble with the original trackers we got because of the network they were on.

The software for the most part is easy to use and does a great job of tracking our fleet. The customer service is awesome and very attentive.

About three weeks later one of our trucks that did not have the GPS Tracking System installed on it was stolen out of our corporation yard.

The trackers are so easy to install and the computer software is terrific for always knowing where our guys are. The interactive map and reports you can personalize are fantastic.

Haven't found anything yet that I have disliked about the software.

Accuracy of the trackers is excellent. The IFTA reports are perfect, relieving drivers of the task during the day which helps them be more alert to the road.

You may want to let them know to avoid telling involving the customer when there are internal conflicts.

I had found Momentum after doing some research online and thought it was too good to be true. I'm happy to report that it has lived up to all that it says it does.

With quarantine happening this year, I did not drive my truck for 2 weeks and I had a dead battery. I assume it was because the gps was trickling a little juice from it each day.

The customer support team is awesome, friendly and knowledgable as they fully understand the product and its capabilities.

The data is difficult to parse, and no details are available on routes, just on "stop" and "moving" points. You really need to be able to click on the blue lines and see when the truck was there.

I love the peace of mind knowing my vehicles are monitored. And the accuracy is almost perfect.

Lack of customer service last year plus. No clear directions on how to quit.

The team is friendly and has supported all our users, from the boardroom to the field teams. Billing has been clear and simple, as easy as using the device and applications themselves.

The map doesn't load enough fast and no cell phone app.
