It is an online platform so the speed will be worse if you compare to soft on the PC.
They are prompt with responses when I need help and just the perfect example of what a software vendor should be.
If I struggled with anything they were an email away. They even send vidoes to walk you step by step.
I also love the customized reporting that the software can provide, which is an asset when presenting to other groups within the organization that do not have an accounting or finance background.
Additionally, I used Quickbooks Desktop and the import to Budgyt from Quickbooks is kinda rudimentary and there is no option to export the Budgyt budget into Quickbooks.
Love the Budgyt platform. Very intuitive and easy to use, with capabilities that allow users to get more detailed and complicated as needed.
Decent product but the customer service relies heavily on online videos and there are some weaknesses in the reporting.
Overall, my experience with Mosaic was a pleasure, and the customer service and experience that they offer are truly amazing.
It's significant upfront time investment can be a barrier to immediate value realization. Inability to connect to Rippling is also a big downside.

Have to unpublish models before editing them, making it difficult to edit a model and look at the canvas at the same time. Unable to edit data coming in from data sources.
The support team was good. There is still a lot to learn but there is a lot a great functionality in the solution and it is definitely scalable.
Sometimes our Netsuite integration fails, but usually I just have to retry it and everything flows through. And when it doesn't, Mosaic support is always quick to get things back up and running.
I like the ability to share dashboards with team members while adjusting their abilities to edit/view as needed.
As long as you have time to dedicate to learning how to make the most of Mosaic, it'll pay off.
