Eduardo: Hi, my name is Eduardo. I'm a travel agent, and I give Qualtrics Customer XM four out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. We use Qualtrics to measure customer satisfaction and recent trends on travel destinations, hotels, and preferred airlines for our customers. We also use it afterwards, when the customer comes back from their travel, we use it to measure feedback of our group as a whole and of our team here at our travel company. The thing I like most about Qualtrics is it gives you a lot of room to really do what you wish. You can ask any type of questions for the customers, and you get trends so you can see graphs and all this in real-time. So you can really put it all together and you get a broader view of what your customer really wants and what they think of your team. The thing I least like about Qualtrics, and this is why I gave four stars, not five, is really the interface and the velocity of the service you get. It's not unusual for you to have glitches. And just the interface, it doesn't look like it's up-to-date with current trends and technology. It looks a little bit outdated. So that's the thing I would change, I would try to make it a little bit more appealing to our customers.

Prior to Shopper Approved, we did a demo of Trustpilot. And Trustpilot's great, we liked it a lot, but sometimes the integration would fail. We use big e-commerce site, and we really wanted to make sure that reviews were always there and showing up, especially with syndications across platforms. When we switched to Shopper Approved, we found we didn't have any more of the integration issues and have nearly 100% uptime. After a trial of Trustpilot, we decided to try Shopper Approved. Honestly, the onboarding experience was amazing. The reps were very knowledgeable, both charismatic and technical, and they were able to get us set up in no time. We quickly saw how the reviews showing up on our website had a great impact on our sales and decided to sign up right there and then. Integration and onboarding with Shopper Approved was that simple. Like I previously mentioned, the reps were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially when it came to the integration with our big commerce store. We gave the reps limited access to our accounts, such as social media for syndication or the big commerce store for the reviews to show up. And they worked their magic inside of it. It was done within 24 hours after giving them access. And to this day, they haven't had to get back in there. My recommendation if you're considering Shopper Approved is don't wait. They offer a free trial. And the earlier you start getting reviews on your websites and across various platforms like Google, [inaudible 00:01:39], et cetera, the faster you'll start getting credibility. Start now. Don't wait to start getting reviews. You'll thank me later.
