Though, for me, the most useful part is the search engine, I enjoy the powerful and flexible filtering option. Stories is also a nice option for sharing research insights and iterations with my team.
Can be really complex at times and therefore some features become unusable or hard to get started with.
More importantly I love how I can easily highlight important insights and then use the analysis board to organize ideas from a wide range of sources to discover patterns.
Link in the email notification works weirdly: it is difficult to find the exact notes the notification refers to.
They adapt the platform often - I see improvements every day and they match my needs - you feel a dedicated team in the background and that's the best you can expect (no product is ever perfect).
Also, I'm still not totally clear how Projects are to be used. But those are minor complaints.
The support is great, fast and honest. Right now, we collect feedback more often and it is all collected in one place accessible for everybody.
The software is still new and has the occasional bug or missing feature.
Is Very Easy to use and easy to understand the functionalytis. We can see everything that the clients are seeing on our sites and this is very helpful to improve the layout, the products and sales.
It´s a scam and ridiculous - they do NOT have unsubscribe button in account settings. They don´t even bother sending notifications about ending period.

If you are a European customer and don't want to be charged VAT that you cannot recover the sign up flow is very misleading. Although the VAT is offered as a credit note they refused a refund.
VERY good segmentation and ability to isolate recordings and share recordings. Easy to set up funnel tracking with custom events/URL's etc - good visualisation and linking to falloff recordings etc.

In particular, I really appreciate the real-time chat that allows to improve the conversion rate for those users who are not sure to get registered on your website. Great results with little effort.
