Web-based code enforcement solution for government agencies (city, town, and county) looking for solutions in community development, public works, and business administration.
State and local governments
Very user friendly format. Having the ability to set up the steps and word them to fit your city's procedures is a great benefit.
The addresses are difficult to locate at time that waste time for me.
This makes tracking our code enforcement cases statues so easy to track with just a click. I love that it even makes the liens that have to be filed for me automatically and tracks them.
My problems might because we're a small agency, and don't use the program according what y'all had in mind. But, my supervisor prints out a review at end of month to show council.
The MyGov software has been the best tool we have ever used for tracking and maintaining records for our Code Enforcement operations.
If anything, I disliked the need to click too many times to complete a process or workflow.
Like that it is very simple to use. Makes tracking my tickets so easy to track.
Which means an inspector will have to open a separate case for each violation.
I like the ease that users have to upload documents and my ability to view and download them. I also especially like the ability to make comments internally.
My main complaint is the lack of flexibility in the reporting feature.
We like the fact it is awesome to share information quickly for in house documents. We appreciate having something that is staying with the technology moves we are seeing grow so rapidly.
The inability to link more than one record to another in the Projects option is annoying too. Many of our larger ongoing projects have one overall building permit with multiple sub-permits.
Over all, it has has been a good product and it allows me to work more effectively.
Poor export functionality. Lack of printed forms and reports.
Easy to use, service team has been great to work with, great outward facing appearance.
Since I am unable to see what our citizens see on their end of the software, it makes it difficult for me to offer explanations of how to set up accounts, etc.
