Birdeye is the leading AI-powered reputation and social media management platform for local brands.
SMEs to large enterprises. Clients across all industries: from Unilever to Nestle, from Carlsberg to Greenpeace.
The automation of texting and emailing customers to request reviews is great. What we like the best is the way that the emails and text messages look when a customer receives them.
The customer support is one of the worst that we have ever dealt with.
Effective software for the price. Ease of gaining positive reviews is its most valuable feature.
This will lead to reviews being taken down and a negative impact on your business' marketing efforts on those sites.
The setup process was seamless, and we greatly appreciated collaborating with our dedicated Implementation Specialist.
They have shown poor ethics in the wake of the pandemic.
This software gives a great boost to your online reputation. The customer support is excellent and the dashboard is super user-friendly.
Sometimes old correspondence will pop up in our 'Open' inbox and I'm not sure why that is. It could be user error, but IDK.
Overall Brandwatch has been great for its robust features, including real-time monitoring, customizable dashboards, sentiment analysis, influencer identification, and competitive benchmarking.
From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
Awesome customer support great fr management tool one of the best tools out there for managing social media account.
Had a very long period where scheduled for promotion posts were not publishing. Had the same problem recently (February 2020), so if i wasn't paying attention i would have lost a day or two.
Publish, Engage and Measure are the best features for me. I do a lot of reporting and measure is great for time-saving on that.
The insights and reporting element is not fully developed, with a lot of mismatched features and confusing elements. The response templates are awkward and really impractical.
Falcon.io is a great mid-range tool that is a good solution to a wide variety of social media needs. The support staff are great, and there are features that are a nice plus.
Has only the basic formats that you can schedule. And the phone app was quite useless, because it just sent the content to the phone without publishing it.
Dana: Hello, my name is Dana. I'm a brand ambassador for a large construction company, and I give Birdeye a four rating. I switched from Podium and the reason why I switched was because of price. The reasons why I chose Birdeye is my rep told me I would get everything that Podium offered for less. Onboarding was a cluster. They promised me I'd be onboarded, and then they found out that they were too busy and it was delayed by two weeks. I would recommend other people using Birdeye to make sure that they get everything in writing before they agree to their terms. I think they were a little bit fast on the sales pitch and did not provide everything they offered.
Liam K.: Hi, everyone. My name's Liam. I work for a company called Sook. It's kind of like the Airbnb of retail. I do product marketing for them. And I rate Brandwatch 5 out of 5. Prior to Brandwatch, we didn't really use any kind of social tools. We used HubSpot as our CRM, and it has some capacity for social sharing and getting data from social platforms, but it was just nothing compared to Brandwatch. Once we got it, we realized we needed something better for our needs and for our growth. The reasons that we chose to use Brandwatch is because we wanted more, I guess, freedom and capacity to customize our data. We wanted to better target our audience with our decision-making and create better social strategies, and Brandwatch seemed to be the best tool for that at the time. It was very easy to onboard Brandwatch into the business. Once we got all stakeholders involved and all the parties involved, Brandwatch were very forthcoming and very helpful with making sure that we can make sure we got the most use out of the tool. For people that are wanting to add Brandwatch into their business, just make sure to have a clear idea of what you want to get out of the tool. There are a variety of different tools out there that provide really good insights and customizable data. But just make sure that it fits the purpose for what you are trying to achieve. Make sure it's easy to use and all team members are going to be able to get the value that you need from it.
