ShareCRF vs Greenlight Guru Clinical: Which is a better fit?

Very good platform for CRD development, very intuitive and easy to use by research teams. From the team, very good service, always ready to help and solve problems.

The worst part is the query management and data modification due to the strict formal rules to comply for data update/modification.

We were super pleased with the software and the value for money is enormous.

It is difficult for me to point this out but it may be the lack of customisation when downloading PDFs.

My experience with that CRF is impressive. I really enjoy building my own database with ShareCRF.

Management difficulties (sometimes you can feel you might lost the control).

The software is user friendly with pleasant and customizable design.

The lack of quality certificates. Last time that this was requested, they only had auditories reports.

I like the ease of set-up and the full control I have and I very much appreciate the SMART-TRIAL team on their positive attitude and the ongoing improvement of their product.

You should be able to write it down with numbers instead of the " stupid " clock.

Smart-Trial then also gives you the possibility to integrate your own processes and products with it through their API, that is absolutely awesome and was very important for our trial.

Complex study procedures or processess are more difficult to implement.

SMART-TRIAL is easy to use and, in cases of doubt, the support is fantastic: both efficient and friendly. The data storage and adherence to standards is completely trustworthy.

Difficult to rectify if recorded off study and future visit sections impacted.

Value for money, fantastic support and it has added a useful tool to traditional data collection methods, which will make analysis and dissemination of data much more straightforward.

The system worked well before the last update. Since 5 weeks the study personnel have problems with the system.
